An unboxing video is strictly mandatory for any complaint regarding damage or stains.

The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened and should clearly show:

The sealed parcel

The unboxing process

The product condition (damage/stain)

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to accept or process any complaint request.

Verification Process

After receiving your email and unboxing video, our team will verify the issue.

If the complaint is found genuine, we will take the necessary action accordingly.
