Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return only under the following conditions:

The return request must be made within 3 hours of receiving the product.

The product will be eligible for return only if it has:

Damage

Stains

Any major defect (verified by our team)

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To raise a return request, it is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video.

The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened and should clearly show:

The sealed package

The product inside

The defect/damage/stain (if any)

Without an unboxing video, return and refund requests will not be accepted.

Once the video is received, our team will verify the issue and proceed with further actions accordingly.

Return Approval Process

All return requests are subject to verification.

If your request is found valid after verification, the return will be approved.

We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product is found to be used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process

If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 4–6 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
